Former Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus was named the defensive coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday.
Eberflus isn’t any stranger to the Cowboys, with whom he served because the linebackers coach and go sport coordinator from 2011-17.
Eberflus takes over for Mike Zimmer, who departed Dallas after the Cowboys promoted offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer to go coach.
