The Spanish airline introduced in a publish on X that the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner had been travelling from Madrid to Uruguay when the incident happened. 

“Our flight UX045 certain for Montevideo has been diverted to Natal airport (Brazil) as a result of robust turbulence,” the airline wrote on X in a translation from Spanish. “The aircraft has landed usually and the minor accidents that had been reported are already being handled.”
