The Indianapolis Colts launched kicker Matt Homosexual on Thursday.
The transfer clears $2.75 million in cap house for the Colts, who nonetheless have kicker Spencer Shrader on the 90-man roster.
Homosexual, 31, signed a four-year, $22.5 million contract with the Colts on March 17, 2023. He made 31 of 37 field-goal makes an attempt and all 33 extra-point tries in 16 video games final season with Indianapolis.
A Tremendous Bowl champion with the Rams, Homosexual made 165 of 193 field-goal makes an attempt and 206 of 214 PATs with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2019), Los Angeles (2020-22) and Colts. He was chosen to the Professional Bowl in 2021.
Shrader hung out final season with the Colts, New York Jets and Kansas Metropolis Chiefs.
