Palestinian Territories:
Hamas’s armed wing stated on Monday that hostages would return to Israel “inside coffins” if navy strain continued, warning that “new directions” had been given to the militants guarding the captives if Israeli troops approached.
“(Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu’s insistence on liberating the prisoners via navy strain as a substitute of concluding a deal will imply that they’ll return to their households inside coffins,” Abu Obeida, spokesman for the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, stated in a press release.
“New directions have been issued to the mujahideen assigned to protect the prisoners relating to coping with them if the occupation military approached their place of detention,” he stated, after Netanyahu earlier stated the six hostages whose our bodies have been recovered on the weekend had been “executed”.
